网带式烘干机采用高温抗拉钢丝网带,热风加热,均匀受热,配有无极变速机,根据物料厚度和含水率调整进料进度,以达到理想的烘干效果。
1.工作原理
设备采用耐高温抗拉钢丝网带在运行中上下两层网带同步运行,要烘干的物料在上下两层网带中间由上下网带夹持运行进行烘干。
2.干燥系统
采用科学的烘干原理,用离心风机直接把热风炉内的热风注入机内的上下风箱中,热风通过上下风箱的喷嘴吹到运行中单板的上下两个网面,使单板受热均匀,从而起到烘干的作用。
3.传动系统
刨切单板由进料口送入机内,由上下网带夹持相对运行,通过上下喷嘴以达到烘干效果。
4.控制系统
采用无极变速机根据您的单板厚度和含水率调整进料速度,以达到理想烘干效果。
5.加热系统
可采用油加热、电加热、气加热、热风加热。

7.干燥物料
